Menopause Unfiltered is a relaxed, welcoming chit-chat group for anyone who wants a safe space to talk openly about menopause, perimenopause, hormones, and everything that comes with them.

This isn’t a formal workshop or a lecture — it’s a good old moan, a laugh, a vent, and a chance to say “is this happening to you too?!” Expect real conversations, shared experiences, and practical tips and tricks picked up along the way — from sleep struggles and hot flushes to brain fog, mood swings, and everything in between.

🎄✨ CHRISTMAS MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT! ✨🎄

We are so happy to share that we’ve been invited by Charlie at The Marquis of Granby, Penkhull to help organise and run their big yearly Christmas Market! 🎅🧑‍🎄

We want to make this year bigger and better so we are just waiting on a permit so we can extend the market out into the car park (fingers crossed 🤞), and we are already planning a day that’s going to feel super magical:

🍷 Mulled wine & festive food
🎬 Your favourite TV & film characters
… and so much more to come!
