Its a grassroots initiative based in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle that blends practical support (like food, hygiene, pet parcels, CV help and tech support) with mythic storytelling and community pride. Think of it as a support hub with a side of legend.

We use already established spaces - anywhere warm, welcoming and full of potential. Each event will be listed with its own location.

We use venues such as The Marquis of Granby for our larger events and have their full support.

The Project is led by Jess and Luke Owen, a dynamic duo who believe admin can be magical and kindness should be epic. Jess handles the creative and governance wizardry, while Luke brings the banter, connections, and bold ideas - working face to face with new and existing partners to secure relationships and opportunities for The Owen Project.
